1. General Overview & Acceptance

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Royal Handloom House. We offer this website, including all information, tools, dimension calculators, and doorstep services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products, Handcrafted Variations & Accuracy

We take utmost pride in authentic Rajasthani handloom traditions. Certain products (including Sanganeri block-print bedsheets, handwoven cushion covers, dining table mats, and tailored sofa covers) are handcrafted using pure fabrics and artisan methods.

• Artisanal Character: Slight natural variations in block printing alignment, weave grain, or organic dye hue are intrinsic to authentic handloom craftsmanship and are not deemed defects.
• Display Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our studio photography. We cannot guarantee that your monitor or smartphone display of any color will be 100% exact.
• Inventory Availability: All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limited festive edition at any time.

3. Custom Dimension Calculator & Bespoke Orders

Our smart dimension-based pricing engine powers custom-fitted orders (such as custom Table Glass Mats, Round/Oval table protectors, and linear running length Sofa Covers):

• Customer Dimension Responsibility: Customers are responsible for verifying accurate measurements (width and length in inches or centimeters) before placing a custom order.
• Irregular Shapes: For curved, oval, or egg-shaped dining tables requiring tracing, the order includes an official Tracing Kit shipped to your address for stencil capture prior to final factory cutting.
• Non-Cancelable Custom Cuts: Once a bespoke handloom product or customized table mat has undergone bespoke cutting according to the customer's specified dimensions, the order cannot be canceled for change-of-mind.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms (Razorpay Gateway)

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All domestic orders within India are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• Payment Gateway: All online card payments (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI transactions (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking are securely processed by our authorized payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
• Payment Security: Royal Handloom House does not store, process, or view your sensitive CVV, card number, or bank PINs on its servers. All payments occur over 256-bit SSL encrypted PCI-DSS compliant tunnels.
• Multi-Currency Conversion: International transactions in USD, EUR, or GBP are converted in real-time according to prevailing daily exchange rates. The final charge verified by your bank reflects the authoritative transaction value.

5. Royal Shield Doorstep Protection Service (Jaipur)

Our Royal Shield Surface Protection Film (SPF) service is an on-site installation service provided across Jaipur localities (including Raja Park, C-Scheme, Malviya Nagar, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar, Civil Lines, Jagatpura, etc.):

• Booking Fee: Consultation visits require an advance fee of ₹500, and direct service bookings require ₹1000, which is fully adjustable against the final on-site project bill.
• Site Readiness: Customers must ensure the target furniture piece (dining table, marble top, teak wood surface) is cleared of decorative items prior to the technician's arrival.
• Rescheduling: Appointment slots can be rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the booked time slot by contacting WhatsApp support (+91 96804 20989).

All content published on this website, including but not limited to brand logos, the Royal Shield Lion mascot, design mockups, textile photography, customizer algorithms, and written copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of Royal Handloom House protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and trademark laws of India. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal action, suit, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms, orders placed through the website, or payments conducted via Razorpay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
