We partner with tier-1 logistics carriers to ensure predictable, timely doorstep delivery across 26,000+ PIN codes in India. Our standard transit windows from date of dispatch:

*Overall domestic transit timeline ranges from a minimum of 2 business days to a maximum of 7 business days depending on delivery location.

3. Shipping Fees & Charges

• Prepaid Domestic Orders (India Only): We are proud to offer 100% FREE Standard Delivery on all orders within India paid via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
• International Orders (Outside India): Free delivery is NOT applicable for international orders. Shipping rates vary based on gross parcel weight, volumetric dimensions, and destination country. These will be charged separately prior to courier dispatch.
• Payment Modes: We accept all major online payment options including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
• Domestic Pricing: For orders delivered within India, prices displayed at checkout are fully inclusive of GST with no hidden terminal fees.

4. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your shipment is picked up by our courier partner from our Jaipur warehouse:

• You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email and SMS/WhatsApp alert containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct courier tracking link.
• Registered customers can also inspect real-time shipment status anytime in their Account Dashboard → Your Orders tab.

5. International Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship authentic Jaipur handloom products across the globe (including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, UAE, Australia, and Canada):

• International Delivery Time: Typically 7 to 14 business days via international air express couriers (DHL Express, FedEx International, Aramex).
• Weight-Based Courier Charges: Free delivery applies strictly within India. For international shipments, courier delivery fees are calculated based on actual package weight & destination. Our team calculates the exact courier bill post-order and coordinates the fee & tracking directly with you.
• Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs authorities. Any such local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Royal Shield Doorstep Service Delivery (Jaipur)

For our signature Royal Shield Surface Protection Film (SPF) on-site furniture service in Jaipur:

• Our certified technician arrives at your residential or commercial address on the specific Date and Time Slot selected during online checkout.
• All necessary installation tools, high-grade TPU films, and edge precision equipment are brought directly by our team.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcel Protocol

All consignments are sealed with branded tamper-evident security tape. In the rare event that your package appears visibly crushed, wet, torn, or tampered with upon delivery:

• We recommend mentioning “Received Damaged / Tampered” on the courier delivery sheet or device before signing, or you may refuse acceptance.
• Take photos or a short video of the outer parcel before unboxing and notify our support desk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate priority replacement at zero additional cost to you.
